@Chase On hold with customer service for over an hour, transferred 3 times, each time on hold for over 30 minutes. 2 hours later still on hold waiting for a supervisor to report #fraud. This is NOT #customerservice

They will tell you to reach out yourself to whoever you sent it to and recover the $$ yourself and when you ask them for help they will refer you to their rules and regulations about zelle transfers. Thanks for nothing @Zelle @chase #moneylost

@Zelle transferred money from one @Chase a/c to another Chase a/c. Money showed up just fine, then 5 days later it JUST DISAPPEARED! Txn no longer visible on receiver side but still on sender side. 90 mins and counting w Chase customer service. #JamieDimon
