As Chase customers are taking to social media to complain about the outage, the bank's official customer service team is responding to users on X, formerly known as Twitter.

Chase Support has replied to multiple customers complaining about the outage and encouraged them to message the bank's account.

"Hi. Thank you for reaching out. I understand how important it is to have access to your account online," the account replied most recently.

"I want to help with your experience, and I’m here to support you. Will you please send a DM with your full name, zip code, and any other details you’d like to share?"
