Newark International Antique and Collector’s Market Public Day tomorrow as trade returns to normal at the fairgrounds

For today and tomorrow, Newark is at the heart of the new dawn of the antique trade.

The government’s road map for recovery has allowed the Newark International Antique and Collectors’ Market to reopen.

Dealers carrying inventory drove a mile to Newark Showground for trade day today and were excited to come back and sell after the foreclosure, just as the business was excited to redeem.

It had been long months for traders who said they had no outlet for their wares except online, and missed the interaction, the jokes, and for the buyers, the haggling.

Covid guidelines were being handled well, it seemed like everyone was taking their responsibilities seriously on a hot spring day today.

There was also a lot of high quality goods for sale at what is Europe’s largest antiques and collectors fair.

Tomorrow (Friday) is public day so if you are looking for a day away from the social or looking to spend some money on the house why not consider visiting the iacf fair largely in outdoors.
