Highly recommended! Exceptional service. Not only was this our first home purchase, we incorporated a construction loan into it as well. We anticipated it to be a stressful if not overwhelming endeavor but Joe and his team couldn't have been more helpful, knowledgeable, responsive and patient with us throughout the entire process. Their experience and professionalism with a personal touch helped put as at ease. Six months have passed and construction is complete. We couldn't be happier and American United is already helping us refinance to save money on our payments!

I can't even begin to describe what an amazing experience my wife and I had with American United. Helpful, knowledgeable and most of all responsive, I felt like every time I had a question or concern, someone was either picking up the phone right away or immediately getting back to me. They made this confusing and scary process seem under control, because it was. Thanks Joe & Maria.

Joe is the best in his field. I was pre-approved for a mortgage with a top lender and when I went to purchase my home had an issue with underwriting due to incorporating the previous year and not having the required amount of time on my tax returns per Freddie and Fannie. After that top lender, I was sent to another lender, who could only get me a loan at a riskier rate, which I wouldn't do. With time running out my attorney put me in touch with Joe. He knew how to look at my documents and income and ask for an exemption BEFORE going to underwriting and got me a conventional loan at a lower rate than the original top lender. If and when I buy a home again I would never consider anyone else. In this day and age of deteriorating service, I have never been this impressed. Top of the field.
